Eisen Mica SW 0040
Pure natural phlogopite mica homogenized. Maintains the properties of raw mica without imperfections. Rolls of 25m x 1m, thicknesses from 0.30mm to 5mm. Removes impurities while preserving desirable characteristics. Available in various thicknesses for different applications.
Eisen Mica Combi 1200
Phlogopite mica paper with a layer of ceramic fiber. Flexible, withstands up to 1200°C without smoke or odor. High thermo-electric resistance, low thermal conductivity. Increases efficiency in ovens. Ideal as an insulator in metal transport pots. Excellent for high-temperature applications.
Eisen Mica Meldenetz
Fine SS-316 stainless steel mesh between layers of phlogopite mica. Connects to measurement/alarm electronic unit in induction furnace control panel. Excellent for precise alarm control due to metal filtration. Effective and safe insulation.
Eisen Mica Foil Gas Barrier
Insulation with stainless steel foil between layers of phlogopite mica. Ideal vapor barrier to prevent zinc condensation in furnace crucibles. Prevents deposits on induction coil and short circuits. Perfect for foundries with galvanized scrap. Effectively protects equipment.
